Ruben Ramirez brings over 14 years of leadership experience in New York City's high-volume restaurant scene, having worked with top establishments like Carmine’s Times Square and Tao Group Hospitality’s Moxy Hotel in the Lower East Side. He also managed operations for more than 10 Heartland Brewery locations across the city, showcasing his expertise in large-scale hospitality management.

Prior to hospitality, Ruben spent over a decade in the sports and entertainment industry with organizations such as the New York Yankees, Knicks, and Ticketmaster. His passion for food, music, and sports continues to drive his success across both industries
