Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson is a vibrant contemporary American restaurant in the heart of the Financial District (FiDi), hidden inside the iconic glowing marble cube at One World Trade Center, home to the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC). Find it at the top of the Grand Staircase on the south side of the cube, just north of the reflecting pools.

From James Beard Award - winning chef Marcus Samuelsson, Metropolis brings New York City’s culinary traditions to life through a modern, worldly lens, shaped by his Ethiopian roots, Swedish upbringing, and Harlem home.

Designed by David Rockwell, the space pairs a dazzling dining room, bustling bar, and stunning outdoor terrace with expressive cocktails, a globally minded wine list, live music, DJs, and the energy of a true downtown destination.
