Celebrate the official release of Chef Marcus Samuelsson’s new cookbook, Back to Green: Rediscovering a World of Delicious, Healthy Eating, on October 20. The New York event marks the first stop of Marcus’s Back to Green book tour.
Marcus will be joined by Emmy®-winning journalist and Super Bowl champion Michael Strahan for a conversation exploring food, culture, and the traditions that inspired the book.
After the conversation, continue the celebration with dinner at Metropolis.
