Metropolis by Marcus Samuelsson invites you to experience the return of our distinguished chef pop-up series. This edition brings together an exceptional lineup of visionary chefs whose work reflects the richness and evolving artistry of New York street food.

Each chef’s special menu, curated in collaboration with the Metropolis culinary team, will be served until sold out. Reservations start at 5 PM.
Valentine’s Day
Treat the one you love most to an evening of intimacy and indulgence. Enjoy a three-course dinner featuring refined selections like velvety lobster bisque, coconut & lemongrass oysters, black truffle tagliatelle, and M’s 28-day dry aged steak.
Caviar service is available.
Music begins at 8 PM, with DJ Tali spinning a sultry mix of soulful tracks and downtempo rhythms.
