With a deep-rooted love for food cultivated during her upbringing in Cape Coral, Florida, Onika Brown naturally gravitated towards a career in the culinary world. After completing her college education, Onika continued to pursue her passion by enrolling at the Institute of Culinary Education, where she earned dual certifications.

Her culinary journey led her to esteemed establishments, beginning with roles at Bouchon Bakery in Rockefeller and Cafe Luxembourg. In 2020, she further honed her skills at the prestigious three-Michelin-star restaurant, Per Se, dedicating two years to the art of meticulous pastry craftsmanship.

Currently, Onika proudly serves as a Pastry Chef at Metropolis, where she consistently pushes the boundaries of creativity with her innovative and unique pastry creations. Beyond the kitchen, she indulges her love for fresh oysters and enjoys exploring the world of Caribbean cuisine, which serves as a heartwarming reminder of her roots.
